Are sessions delivered online or in person?

Most of our programmes are delivered virtually via video conference, allowing participants across the UK to attend. In-person sessions can be arranged for corporate training within London and surrounding areas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and all major credit and debit cards. Corporate clients can request invoicing with standard payment terms. Full payment is required before programme commencement.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before your programme start date. Cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for rescheduling or credit towards future programmes.
