• Corporate clients may request invoicing with agreed payment terms

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for rescheduling or credit towards future services at our discretion
• No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date or for no-shows
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered
